These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Faithero mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using Faithero, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We've designed Faithero as a place where believers grow in faith, connect with God's Word, and support one another in Christian love. These Terms help our community remain safe, respectful, and centered on Christ.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Faithero, you confirm that you:

  • Agree to use Faithero in a manner consistent with Christian values.

  • A global prayer map connecting believers worldwide.
  • Friend codes for private Christian community building.
  • Audio Bible with professional narrations.
  • Prayer reminders and spiritual growth tools.

Faithero is provided free of charge, though we may offer premium features in the future. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Community Standards

Our Christian Values

Faithero is built on Christian principles of love, respect, and service. We expect all users to:

  • Using the platform to spread cult ideologies or false teachings.
  • Inappropriate sexual content or discussions.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove content that violates these standards. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination. We encourage users to report inappropriate content.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

Faithero and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Faithero and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Bible Content

Bible translations in Faithero are used under appropriate licenses from publishers and copyright holders. Users may read and reference these texts for personal spiritual growth but cannot redistribute commercially.

User-Generated Content

When you share prayers, testimonies, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and share that content within our platform to build up the global Christian community. You retain ownership and can delete it at any time.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is sacred to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • We never sell your personal data or prayer content.
  • Your spiritual journey remains private and secure.
  • Prayer Map submissions are completely anonymous.
  • You control your data and can delete your account anytime.

6. Disclaimers

Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, Faithero is provided "as is" and "as available." We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service.

Generated Content

Our personalized prayers are designed to align with biblical principles, but they are generated by technology and should supplement, not replace, personal prayer and Scripture study. Always test everything against God's Word and seek guidance from mature Christians and pastoral leadership.

Not Professional Counseling

Faithero provides spiritual resources but is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing serious mental health concerns, please seek help from qualified professionals.

7. Termination

You can stop using Faithero and delete your account at any time. We may also terminate or suspend access to our service for users who violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users of significant changes through the app and email.
